The Cooku Season with Comali 1 (2019-2020) Finalist Vanitha Vijaykumar
Beginning on the 16th of November on the 16th of November, 2019 and running until the 23rd of February, 2020. “Cooku with Comali,” hosted by Rakshan and Aranthangi Nissa, surely brought the perfect mix of comedy and gastronomic knowledge, don’t you think? Yes, this season was a success. Vanitha Vijayakumar bring home the winner’s trophy, Uma Riyaz Khan as the first second-place finisher and Ramya Pandian finish as the second third placer. The laughter continued to flow from Comalis like KPY Bala (who was awarded the title of Comali), Pugazh, Manimegalai, Sivaangi, Thangadurai, Sai Sakthi, and Bijili Ramesh.
Cooku and the Comali Season 2 (2020-2021) Winner: Kani Thiru
It was released on November 14th of 2020, the second season lasted till April 14th 2021. This time, Rakshan returned as host, along with the chefs Venkatesh Bhat, and chef Damodharan yet again. Viewership increased this season, especially during the COVID-19 shut-down. Kani Thiru came out with the top prize as the winner. Ashwin Kumar Lakshmikanthan was second, and Shakeela won first.
Co-Creator with Comali, Season 3 (2022) Winner: Shruthika
Season 3 was on from January 22 2022 until July 24 2022. The chefs Damodharan along with Chef Venkatesh Bhat served as judges, and Rakshan was back as the host. With its unique style, this season remained true to the standards of the show, and pleased viewers yet again. Darshan finished first in the runner-up race, Shrutika won the title as well as Ammu Abhirami was second in the runner-up race. The contestants included Pugazh, Manimegalai, Sivaangi, Sunita Gogoi, Bala, Shakthi, and Parvathy-pappu were among the Comalis.
